As a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor, I bring a unique understanding of the challenges young people face at home, at school, and in everyday life. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals and work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective. With extensive experience navigating school systems, I also help families better understand available supports, advocate for their child's needs, and access resources that promote success both academically and emotionally.

My approach combines honest conversations, practical strategies, and genuine support. Therapy isn't about having all the answers—it's about building the skills, insight, and confidence to move forward. I'll meet you where you are, challenge you when needed, and help you create meaningful, lasting change.

I got you.

About the therapist

Hi, I'm Tina.

For over 15 years, I've worked with children, teens, young adults, and families throughout Philadelphia. As a former teacher, school counselor, and now Licensed Professional Counselor, I've seen firsthand how anxiety, ADHD, school stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges can impact every part of life.

My approach is simple: real talk, genuine connection, and practical tools that help create lasting change. I believe therapy should feel supportive, honest, and actionable—not overwhelming.

Whether you're feeling stuck, stressed, or simply looking for a path forward, I'm here to help you build a plan with confidence to navigate whatever comes next.

Real Talk. Real Support. Real Growth.
